Venue Rental & What's Included

Exclusive use for ceremony and/or reception.

Monday - Wednesday

$2,750.00 - 50 people or less between 11am to 9pm

$3,100.00 - 51 people or more between 11am to 9pm

 

Friday

$5,200.00 - between 9am to 11pm

Saturday

$5,800.00 - between 9am to 11pm

Sunday

$4,400.00 - between 9am to 10pm

Please note: We do require a $1,000,000.00 event insurance policy with The Enchanting Barn listed as additional insured with contract. – Approx cost $150.00

From one veteran to another; The Enchanting Barn offers a 5% discount to active military and first responders - police officers, Firefighter/EMT.

  • Climate controlled (wheelchair accessible) restrooms.

  • Outside bar area with a licensed/insured bartender

 

No hidden fees (There are no additional Enchanting Barn service fees and taxes are included.)

Our only additional optional fees are related to options of your choice such as add on items including but not limited to our Firework package, Doughnut Walls, Smore's bar, etc.

We do require event insurance with The Enchanting Barn listed as the additional insured.

 

Gratuity is also NOT included.

Elopement Package

2 hour elopement package – up to 20 people for a Mon, Tues or Wed wedding at 3pm or earlier

This option is for up to 100 people, additional charge per person over 100.

What's Included

Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator

1 hr wedding rehearsal (Date and Time for rehearsal will be based on venue availability.)

Ceremony grounds & seating provided

Wedding Officiant or Reverend: including 1 hour of rehearsal & day of ceremony

Photographer: Up to 8 hours for the wedding day. Bride will receive full edited digital images, private - online gallery and print release.

Wedding DJ/MC: 5 hours to include ceremony, cocktail & reception music

Florist: Seasonal Romantic Foliage: Roses, Alstroemeria Lillies, Carnations, Daises, Babies Breath, Sunflowers or any combination of flowers listed

  • Bridal bouquet: medium size, bride chooses colors

  • Up to 3 Bridal Attendants bouquet

  • Grooms + 3 groomsmen boutonnieres

  • 2 Fathers boutonnieres

  • 2 Mothers corsages

  • Up to 13 table centerpieces, low & rounded compliment the wedding flowers

  • 12 fresh arrangements in venue mason jars to compliment wedding flowers for the ceremony aisle

Cake: Choice of a 3-4 tier cake OR 8” cake combo with cupcakes w/ buttercream icing. Includes tasting, flowers & delivery! (choice of fresh flowers: roses, daisies, baby’s breath, sunflowers or mums OR any silk flowers) *Bartender: 4 hours of bar service to include cocktail hour and reception, bar set up & bar tools, 1 bartender, & 2 bar tables with black linens.

Bar & Beverage Station: upgrade from beer & wine to full liquor with 2 bartenders

Call Brand liquor to include: House Plus/Smirnoff Vodka, House Vodka (Bankers), Bombay Sapphire, Swordsman, Bacardi, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Malibu Rum, Meyers Dark Rum, House Rum (Bankers), Jim Beam, Dewars, Soresby, Seagrams 7 Triple Sec, Peach Schnapps, Strawberry Pucker, Apple Schnapps, Blue Curacoa, Cherry Schnapps, Dry Vermouth.
